More Information about OLEAut32.dll

In order to run, Macro Express requires a newer version of oleaut32.dll than is shipped with the original unpatched installations of Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT.

If the message "The Macro Express installer has detected that this computer has an older version of oleaut32.dll" was displayed when you tried to install Macro Express or if the message "The Macexp.exe file is linked to missing export Oleaut32.dll:VarNot" was displayed when you tried to run Macro Express, then you will need to install a later version of oleaut32.dll.

To update oleaut32.dll, download and install one of the following patch files from Microsoft's web site. You only need to one of these patch files.
