Update Stock Market Data

I have found Macro Express invaluable for sorting and updating stockmarket data. And at only a fraction of the cost of expensive add-on programs. Macro express fetches any data I need from the internet, such as company details, new listings etc, and can automatically update my database for the entire stockmarket.
