Playable Macros

A “playable” macro format is available in Macro Express. A playable macro is a single macro that ends with the extension of MXE. The playable macro format is a great way to share your macros with others.

To run a playable macro, you may click on the playable macro in Windows File Explorer. You may also import a playable macro into your existing macro file. When you import a playable macro, you can choose the activation (hotkey, mouseclick, etc.) used to run the macro. Playable macros are imported and exported via the “Macros” menu option in the Macro Express Editor.
