A macro is a script containing commands that automate computer tasks. Each command performs one step, such as moving the mouse, launching a program or entering keystrokes. Macros are saved in files. Each macro file can contain one or many macros. Macro Express allows you to create multiple files of macros in addition to the default macro file of macex.mex.
A macro file demonstrating basic macro techniques is included with Macro Express. To open this macro file Click File, Open Macro File and navigate to C:\Documents\Insight Software and open samples.mex.
