If you purchased your license for Macro Express or Macro Express Pro through BlueSnap, you may retrieve your license information directly from BlueSnap (formerly known as Plimus) by visiting their Find your order page and following the instructions. For additional help with your purchase through BlueSnap visit: BlueSnap Shopper Support.
If you did not purchase through BlueSnap, or are unsuccessful in finding your license information, we will retrieve and resend your license details only if you have Purchase Protection.
