Our sample shortkey shown above has an activation of hte and the Prefix keys are set to //. In order to run the shortkey macro, press Space or Enter type / / and then the shortkey activation of h t e.
You need to type Space or Enter or one of the Solitary usage separator characters before the shortkey activation because the Solitary usage option is enabled. When Prefix keys are set in the preferences, the Prefix keys must be typed before the shortkey activation to trigger playback.
The settings to launch a shortkey are found by clicking Options, Preferences, Activations and then the Shortkeys tab from the Macro Explorer window. For this example Use prefix keys and Solitary usage options are selected with the Prefix keys set to //.
