This macro will caclulate a person’s age by calculating the difference between system date and a date input by the user.
Download umagecalculator.mex the macro file and save it to your hard drive. Open the macro file or import the macros into your existing macro file by clicking File, Import, Import Macros.
Run the macro by pressing Ctrl+9.
When the macro runs a dialog is displayed with the instruction to ‘Enter the patient’s birth date’. Once entered, a Text Box is displayed containing the age. The steps involved are documented in the macro.
